With the 400 EXC, KTM is once again raising for universal quality. The combination of efficient, easy-to-control engine characteristics and perfect handling make it the ideal all-rounder for all conceivable off-road challenges.

» New frame design for 400/450/530 EXC 
- Frame is welded to steering head 10 mm lower than 2009, which lowers tank and seat position
- optimised weight balance 
- better control of front wheel, lighter feeling

» New suspension valving, PDS with new needle design similar to SX 2009
- provides damping slightly earlier for more progressive feel through the stroke, more comfort and traction, focus on optimal Enduro feeling

» New front Brembo brake (like SX 2009)

- New TOYO B153 brake pads
